For products that have obtained safety signs, if the validity period of the safety sign expires and there are no changes to the standards, drawings, main components, and important raw material lists of the continued product, if it is necessary to continue using the safety sign, an application for extension must be submitted to the national agency before the expiration of the validity period.

1、 Apply

The holder shall submit an extension application to Zhongnuo Testing 3-6 months before the expiration of the product safety mark, and submit a stamped "Application for Extension of Mining Product Safety Mark".

2、 Initial review/acceptance
Zhongnuo Testing conducts a preliminary review of the application materials submitted by the certificate holders. Those who pass the review will sign a renewal application contract and be accepted, and a "Notice of Acceptance" will be issued. Those who fail the review will receive a "Notice of Non Acceptance".

 3、 Technical review

Review the effectiveness of national and industry standards implemented or primarily referenced by the product, issue a "Continuation of Product Technical Document Filing Details" to the applicant for qualified ones, and notify the applicant for rectification for unqualified ones.

4、 On site evalsuation

The focus of the review is on the applicant's main qualifications, technical documents, testing and inspection equipment, production process control, control of major components and important raw materials.

5、 Continuing inspection

The continuous inspection adopts a sampling method, focusing on the safety performance of the product.

6、 Final review, replacement of safety sign certificate

After the sampling product testing is completed, Zhongnuo Testing submits the testing report to the national institution. After receiving the relevant report, national institutions will conduct an audit of the continued products according to the final review requirements. If they pass the audit, they will be issued a 5-year valid safety mark certificate.

7、 Supervision and inspection

National institutions shall supervise and inspect products and their holders that have obtained safety signs.
